About the Role

Join Caskinette Ford, the largest volume dealership in the North Country, as a Parts Counter Person. Our fast-paced, busy environment handles high customer demand and keeps you engaged with daily customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping parts.
• Assisting with packing and unpacking parts.
• Responding quickly to technicians' parts requests.
• Researching and locating products.
• Running inventory reports to maintain proper inventory levels.
• Handling phones and counter sales professionally.
• Communicating effectively with employees, customers, managers, vendors, and the public.

Requirements

• Ability to identify problems quickly.
• Knowledge of automobiles.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
• Positive, friendly attitude with exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
