About the Role
This role involves supporting the Nursery Manager in managing, improving, and growing the nursery. The position is approximately 80% room-based and 20% office-based, requiring active involvement in daily operations and team support.

Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
- Proven experience managing or leading in an Early Years/Nursery environment with a coaching approach to developing a team of staff
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
- Proven experience and evidence of improving performance
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with all stakeholders
- A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact
- A child-centred approach to your work
