About the Role
As a Senior Mechanical Estimator at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams. You will gain vast industry experience, be empowered to take responsibility, and be mentored by industry leaders. You will also contribute to business strategy, fostering lasting trusted relationships with teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team
- Lead the development of the total project estimate
- Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project team
- Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines
- Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator with increasing scope and responsibility in a construction environment
- Demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX
- RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or on the path to complete it
- Excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Detail oriented and quality focused
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun

- $108,000 - $145,000
