About the Role

Mr. Greens is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the night shift operations, focusing on quality, safety, cost reduction, and company policy. This role is crucial for executing business plans and achieving key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Manage overnight warehouse operations including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.
• Lead and develop the overnight warehouse team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight operations.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure associate development through training on policy and procedures.
• Keep lines of communication open and direct workforce to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure items are picked accurately and safely to prevent damage.
• Perform tasks in multi-temperature environments.
• Keep the warehouse tidy by picking up scrap wood, paper, plastic wrappers, and broken pallets.
• Maintain a food-safe environment.
• Report any damaged equipment to General Manager and/or Safety Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to work effectively with other employees and other departments.
• Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
• Must be able to work in 35 to 70-degree temperatures.
• Frequent walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and lifting 60+ lbs.
• Occasional exposure to wet, hot, extreme cold and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and confined spaces.
• Works non-traditional business hours including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call.
• Occasional exposure to high, precarious places.
