About the Role

Assist the Head Coach by attending practices and basketball games, providing feedback, and offering choreography expertise to the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead practices when necessary or provide feedback on team-based choreography and help sharpen routines.
• Collaborate with the Head Coach on practice and game schedules.
• Utilize knowledge of basic audio equipment for practices.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Dance experience.
• Ability to work with traditional college-age student populations.
• Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Possession of a valid New York State driver's license that meets University and insurance requirements.
