Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality childcare and education.
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
- Implement a child-centred approach to work.
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
- At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
- A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact.
