About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support children's development through sensory play, dialogic reading, language groups, and cooking activities.
- Engage children in outdoor activities including a climbing frame, vegetable patch, and mud kitchen.
- Run regular sessions for parents.
- Provide excellent SEND support.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere and family feel within the nursery.
Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
- At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
- Ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
- Genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact.
- A child-centred approach to work.
