About the Role
We are supporting a UK-leading nursery and childcare provider operating over 40 nurseries across London, all rated Ofsted Outstanding or Good, with a unique focus on positive social impact in the communities they serve. Rated Outstanding by Ofsted, this nursery is based in a beautiful Victorian townhouse, with a large garden, and a diverse and long-standing staff group from all over the world.
Responsibilities
- Support children in a nursery setting.
- Engage children in a wide range of activities, including signing nursery rhymes, maths, cooking, PE, and woodwork.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and children.
- Implement a child-centred approach to work.
- Contribute to the positive social impact in the community.
Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
- At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
- A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact.
