About the Role
Supporting a UK-leading nursery and childcare provider operating over 40 nurseries across London, all rated Ofsted Outstanding or Good, with a unique focus on positive social impact in the communities they serve.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
- Apply a child-centred approach to your work.
Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
- At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
- A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact.
