Supporting a UK-leading nursery and childcare provider with a unique focus on positive social impact in the communities they serve. This nursery is rated Good by Ofsted and is located in the heart of the community it supports.
Responsibilities
- Inspire learning through curiosity and discovery.
- Engage children in activities such as messy play, sensory sessions, yoga, science experiments, and gardening.
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
- Implement a child-centred approach to work.
Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
- At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
- A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact.
