About the Role

We are hiring a Conference Producer to help build outstanding agendas that feature insightful voices in app growth and create sessions that help attendees learn how to grow and scale apps. You will report to our Senior Conference Producer and take ownership of a significant part of our speaker program across all three events, with real responsibility for pipeline, outreach, and on-site delivery. You'll also contribute to marketing and delegate acquisition.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach high-quality speakers working in growth, user acquisition, CRM, product, and leadership at top apps.
Manage speaker outreach, calls, and confirmations end-to-end.
Research trends and surface strong agenda ideas.
Contribute to session formats, including new interactive formats beyond standard panels and keynotes.
Own the speaker journey from confirmation to event day, including briefing documents, title deadlines, travel logistics, and green room management.
Attend and support delivery at our London, NYC, and Berlin events, acting as the key point of contact for speakers.
Support marketing and delegate acquisition campaigns by writing copy, reaching out to networks, or promoting the agenda.
Support the production and hosting of webinars and online content.

Requirements

At least 2+ years of experience in conference production or events, ideally in tech, startups, or marketing.
Experience carrying out end-to-end speaker acquisition, including researching, cold outreach, calls, and closing confirmations.
Strong written communication skills, capable of writing outreach that gets replies from senior, time-poor individuals.
A genuine interest in tech, startups, and the app economy.
Interest in modern event formats and a desire to innovate and create interactive formats.
Organized and reliable, with the ability to track commitments and meet deadlines.
Able to work autonomously in a remote environment with support from the team.
Able to travel to London, New York, and Berlin for events.
