About the Role

We are looking to hire a proven sponsorship sales professional into the position of Partnership Development Lead. In this role, you will lead high-profile sponsorship deals on behalf of premium rights holders globally.

Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively source and engage potential sponsors on behalf of clients across a range of categories and geographical regions.
  • Select and qualify prospects, securing in-person meetings and building relationships.
  • Manage and build trusted relationships with decision-makers at global brands around the world.
  • Build relationships and influence senior business decision-makers across different sectors and markets across the world.
  • Successfully execute competitive processes, resulting in the negotiation and conclusion of high-profile sponsorship deals.

Requirements

  • A track record of delivering multiple sizeable sponsorship deals with premium global rights holders in sport or entertainment.
  • High levels of influence and persuasion.
  • Experience in negotiation.
  • Experience working across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
