Responsibilities
- Provide a stimulating and varied timetable for children.
- Engage children in activities such as cooking, Zumba, and gardening.
- Foster strong links within the wider community through trips and events.
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
- Implement a child-centred approach to work.
Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
- At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
- A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact.
