Responsibilities

  • Provide a stimulating and varied timetable for children.
  • Engage children in activities such as cooking, Zumba, and gardening.
  • Foster strong links within the wider community through trips and events.
  • Build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
  • Implement a child-centred approach to work.

Requirements

  • A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
  • At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
  • A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact.
