About the Role
We are supporting a UK-leading nursery and childcare provider operating over 40 nurseries across London, all rated Ofsted Outstanding or Good, with a unique focus on positive social impact in the communities they serve. This spacious, modern nursery is located inside Fordham Park and features separate rooms and gardens for different age groups. Children can engage in various activities like science experiments, cooking, music, yoga, construction, and sensory play, and even grow their own vegetables. Families are encouraged to participate in special events.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
- Apply a child-centred approach to work.
Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
- At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
- A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact.
