Lincoln Tech is seeking an experienced welder to join our team as a Welding Instructor at our Hicksville, NY Campus. Responsibilities
- Teach Welding Technologies Classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program.
- Provide hands-on welding experience in a fully equipped facility.
- Emphasize safety procedures and industry standards in the welding field.
- Foster an environment that encourages professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Create a positive and interactive classroom atmosphere to enhance student learning.
- Evaluate student performance and provide clear feedback.
- Equip students with the skills and knowledge for successful careers in Welding Technology.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- 3+ years of field experience in Pipe Welding / Structural Welding.
- Proficiency in GMAW - MIG, GTAW - TIG, SMAW -- Stick, FCAW - Flux-cored arc, and Plasma Cutting.
