About the Role

This role offers a brilliant opportunity to join the paid social team working on Sky, a high-profile, high-investment client. You will be joining Publicis Next / Performics, where data, technology, media craft, and performance thinking converge to deliver real business impact. The team is fast-paced, collaborative, and ambitious, providing genuine ownership, visibility, and room for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid social campaigns across major platforms, ensuring smooth setup, optimization, and delivery.
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights, providing recommendations for future actions.
  • Shape testing roadmaps, platform innovation plans, and channel growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure KPIs, measurement frameworks, and recommendations are commercially meaningful.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, quality assurance, and financial accuracy.
  • Support junior team members through effective delegation, feedback, and confidence-building.
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships through reliability, proactivity, and clear communication.
  • Contribute ideas, energy, and a problem-solving mindset to a fast-moving account.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Paid Social Account Manager, Senior Executive ready to step up, or a similar role with a desire for more scale, ownership, and client exposure.
  • Experience across paid social strategy, activation, and campaign management.
  • Hands-on platform knowledge, particularly across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Experience managing campaigns for both brand and performance objectives.
  • Good understanding of data, measurement, and reporting.
  • Confidence in working directly with clients and presenting performance insights.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding budgets, QA, and delivery.
  • Proactive approach to testing, learning, and utilizing new platform features.
  • Ability to support, coach, or manage junior team members.
  • Collaborative and positive working style, capable of driving great work while including others.
