About the Role
Join a UK-leading nursery and childcare provider with over 40 Ofsted Outstanding or Good nurseries across London. This role focuses on positive social impact within the community, supporting children's development in a vibrant, Ofsted Outstanding setting.
Responsibilities
- Support children's development through various activities like science experiments, messy arts play, construction, gardening, and cooking.
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
- Implement a child-centred approach to work.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
- At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children.
- A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact.
