About the Role

Lead and evolve a successful technology business within a market-leading organization undergoing transformation and growth. This role requires full P&L accountability and a track record of delivering results, innovation, and customer success in multinational, product-focused B2B environments.

Responsibilities

  • Carry full P&L leadership of a profitable and growing global business.
  • Contribute broadly to planning, M&A, business transformation, and strategic initiatives as a key member of Esko’s Senior Leadership Team.
  • Develop a connected, intelligent ecosystem of integrated hardware, software, and cloud-based services leveraging IoT and AI.
  • Drive user-centric serviceability and go-to-market transformation.
  • Implement process automation and operational transformation to support business changes.
  • Establish clear strategic priorities for the business.
  • Deepen key customer relationships.
  • Energize the team.
  • Make tangible progress on business model transition and sustainable growth.
  • Deliver the connected ecosystem roadmap.
  • Position Digital Flexo as a platform for broader Esko ambition.

Requirements

  • Proven general management of multinational B2B technology or complex product businesses, including full P&L accountability and a consistent track record of delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, product innovation, customer success, and people development in high-performance environments, combining energy, speed, and agility.
  • Effective internal collaborator and active contributor to executive leadership teams, providing insight, partnership, and influence across a matrixed organisation.
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 50% of the time globally, with particular focus on operations in Germany and Belgium.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Substantial relevant experience at a comparable level.

  • Inspirational, charismatic leadership with strong followership.
  • Ability to engage and align large, geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strategic vision combined with analytical rigour, data orientation, and operational discipline.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves on tactical execution.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in fast-moving, transformation-oriented environments.
  • German language capability is advantageous but not essential.
