Install, commission, and test CNC machines and automation systems at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance and service activities to ensure optimal machine performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Provide on-site technical support and assist customers with technical inquiries.
Support the development and establishment of service and customer structures within the regional market.
Document all service activities and coordinate closely with internal and international teams.

3–5 years of experience in a field service role, ideally within the CNC or machine tool industry.
Strong skills in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as CNC (and ideally PLC) technologies.
Solid knowledge of CNC milling; experience with Heidenhain controls is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Independent and structured working style combined with a strong service and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to operate in a developing market environment.
High willingness to travel (up to approx. 75%).
Valid driver’s license.
Very good English skills.
