About the Role

This person keeps the North American pods on schedule and the requirements clear so the Solution Architect and engineers can build. Part business analyst, part scrum master.

Responsibilities

  • Keep requirements clear, gather them, write them down, and keep them current, including the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done and the acceptance criteria.
  • Run the cadence: Planning, standups, reviews, and retros on a four-week cycle.
  • Remove blockers, manage risks, and clear the path for the pod.
  • Own the day-to-day business relationship on the pod's engagements.
  • Show the value by keeping executives informed on what has been delivered.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years in business analysis, delivery, or agile project management, including 1 to 2 years leading.
  • Strong Scrum and facilitation skills.
  • A strong communicator, credible with executives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Consulting delivery experience.
  • AI or software builds experience.
  • Healthcare or higher education industry experience.

  • Estimated base salary: $145,000 - $170,000 USD
  • Total estimated compensation range (inclusive of annual incentive): $166,750 - $218,750 USD
