About the Role
This person works alongside a Huron business team, turning business problems into designs that engineers can build. They will own the design end-to-end, contribute to the engineering build, and serve as the primary link between the business and the engineering pod.
Responsibilities
- Frame the problem by running early conversations with the business.
- Own and maintain the solution design throughout the project's evolution.
- Translate business needs into requirements for engineers and engineering progress into business terms.
- Collaborate with the Engagement Manager and engineers to define and agree upon success metrics before development begins.
- Work alongside engineers on critical design-dependent components of the build.
- Ensure the design remains relevant to the specific industry it serves by bringing domain depth.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years in solution architecture, technical or experience design, or applied-AI advisory.
- 1 to 2 years of leadership experience.
- Ability to translate unclear problems into buildable designs for engineers.
- Strong writing and facilitation skills, with executive presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Based onshore (US or Canada) for Healthcare work, with travel as needed.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments with shifting priorities and unclear problems.

- $145,000 - $170,000 USD
- Total estimated compensation range: $166,750 - $218,750 USD (inclusive of annual incentive compensation)
