About the Role

As a Lead Consultant, you will play a hands-on role in building and executing Guidewire’s Delivery Assurance and Partner Quality function across the Americas. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of delivery assurance activities, including coordinating reviews, running core processes, preparing analysis, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked. This execution-focused role requires a strong delivery professional who excels at gathering information, structuring reviews, and keeping stakeholders aligned to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, define, and maintain Professional Services standards for Partners.
  • Coordinate the AMER Delivery Assurance review process and cadence.
  • Gather information requests such as artifacts, status reports, and metrics from Partners.
  • Organize materials, capture observations, and document findings and recommended actions.
  • Support the Partner Capability Maturity Model (PCMM) process execution.
  • Collaborate with Alliances to operationalize AI-generated risk and capability assessments.
  • Support Delivery Assurance reviews for high-risk SI-led programs.
  • Create assessments highlighting delivery strengths and risks with mitigation plans.
  • Capture and codify lessons learned and best practices.
  • Implement and refine partner scorecards and quality KPIs.
  • Drive partner quality improvement by sharing regional insights and pain points.
  • Test and roll out new Delivery Assurance standards, templates, and tools.
  • Create and maintain Delivery Assurance dashboards and trackers.
  • Validate reporting data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials for regional governance forums and leadership updates.
  • Act as an operational point of contact for AMER stakeholders regarding process questions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in professional services, project/program management, PMO, or delivery governance.
  • Direct experience with Guidewire products and implementations.
  • Experience in the P&C insurance or closely related industries.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or managing customer implementation projects.
  • Experience working with or within System Integrators and partner ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of core project delivery concepts including scope, schedule, risk, quality, and budget.
  • Comfort working with AI-assisted analytics and data platforms.
  • Experience organizing governance forums, audits, health checks, or risk reviews.
  • Ability to review project documents to identify gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail in documentation, data entry, and status tracking.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
