About the Role
The Sales & Marketing Technology Strategist supports the design, execution, and management of the sales and marketing technology ecosystem. This role acts as a strategic internal consultant at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and IT to drive technology adoption, optimize workflows, and ensure alignment across platforms like Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Marketo.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor for sales and marketing technology to guide stakeholders toward scalable solutions.
- Manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of requests, enhancements, and issues across CRM and marketing platforms.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements and partner with development teams for execution.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and capabilities.
- Design and optimize workflows, integrations, and data processes for system interoperability.
- Drive marketing automation effectiveness by supporting campaign execution and lead management.
- Ensure platform governance through data quality management, process standardization, and documentation.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Champion technology adoption and user enablement in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of experience in CRM, marketing technology, marketing operations, or business systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams.
- Ability to travel 10%.
