About the Role

The Risk Reporting Lead is responsible for the design, maintenance, and operation of processes that deliver complete, accurate, and timely data and reporting, along with their continuous improvement. This includes providing actionable, risk data-driven reporting and insights aligned with ERM Policy requirements, preparing Board and Executive Committee reports, and meeting stakeholder expectations for timely, accurate, and consistent reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills to craft meaningful and impactful narratives for various recipients.

Responsibilities

Prepare data-driven reports for the Risk Department and first line using templates and reporting methodology, identifying key messages and supporting narrative.
Prepare drafts of risk reports to support business decisions at multiple levels, including the Board and Executives.
Liaise with colleagues for timely data extraction and challenge data provided, collating and analyzing it to provide insights.
Link internal data with external drivers to position potential drivers/impacts and provide a holistic risk reporting position.
Prepare presentations to support report discussions.
Identify and escalate material issues arising during reporting.
Lead the continuous improvement of Risk Reporting, collaborating to change methodology and templates for efficiency, quality, and transparency.
Lead end-to-end reporting cycles of Risk Department activity, aligned to ERM Policy.
Implement new reporting methodology as required.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of key business drivers and strategy.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in a similar environment.
At least 4 years of experience in reporting and/or data synthesis.
