About the Role

As a member of the DACH region organization for Peripheral Vascular, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales in the assigned territory of Central-Eastern Germany (postal codes: 06, 29, 38, and 39) together with the Clinical Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you combine strategic sales understanding with a high degree of closing orientation. You are enthusiastic about endovascular procedures and motivated to successfully position innovative products in the field of peripheral vascular interventions in the market.

Responsibilities

  • You are fully responsible for the BDI portfolio in the assigned sales territory and support our customers (interventional radiologists & angiologists as well as vascular surgeons) in the purchasing process with the goal of strengthening BD as a brand and expanding the reach of our solutions.
  • You comprehensively and competently support our existing customers and potential new customers at an equal level with the clinical team, are always available as a friendly contact person, and place particular emphasis on the continuous expansion of these relationships.
  • In this context, you develop promising strategies for further market development, carry out various initiatives as part of new product launches, and thus continuously increase the market share of BDI products.
  • You always keep an eye on the entire market and our competitors and can derive helpful optimization measures from your observations.
  • You work closely with internal specialists from various departments and external opinion leaders and represent our company at trade fairs and congresses.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in economics, medicine, or natural sciences, or comparable economic/clinical qualification/training.
  • Experience in sales, ideally within medical technology and preferably in the field of endovascular vascular medicine, is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the German healthcare market and human anatomy and physiology.
  • Experience in creating financial analyses, implementing sales strategies, and other sales-relevant activities.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally CRM systems (SFDC).
  • Extremely empathetic networker with a confident demeanor, who enjoys working results-oriented, communicates confidently at all levels, and brings a great deal of hands-on mentality.
  • Valid driver's license Class B.
  • Willingness for extensive travel (80%) within Germany.
  • Ideal place of residence: Halle/Celle/Braunschweig/Magdeburg.
