About the Role

Responsibilities
- Help operate FCA compliance processes, controls, and regulatory reporting.
- Contribute to the compliance monitoring programme.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of Group compliance policies, procedures, and registers across jurisdictions.
- Review financial promotions.
- Contribute to the firm's SMCR obligations.
- Track and help interpret regulatory changes, and support their implementation across the business.
- Contribute to the review and remediation of compliance issues and breaches.
- Assist with DDQ completion and third-party service provider reviews.
- Support compliance projects.
- Help ensure effective compliance training is in place for all staff.
- Undertake other reasonable requests to support the firm's compliance obligations.
Requirements
- Graduate with a keen interest in developing a career in Compliance within financial services.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in regulatory compliance (primarily FCA).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- A ‘can do’ attitude to learning and enjoys developing new skills.
- Ability to ensure all tasks and sensitive information are handled confidentially.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
