This role involves collaborative design and development of software solutions, system requirement analysis, application customization, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate innovative software solutions that align with business needs.
• Conduct analysis of system requirements and customize applications for optimal functionality.
• Assist with the software update process for existing applications and roll-outs of software releases.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and shared knowledge.
• Engage with Quality Assurance to verify software meets technical specifications and deliver high-quality, reliable applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in software applications and systems.
• Synthesize market research and industry trends to inform project strategies and enhance product offerings.
• Conduct training sessions for operational staff to ensure effective use of internally developed applications.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Work nights and weekends, with variable schedules as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Understand and apply Operating Principles.
• Own the customer experience, prioritizing seamless digital options.
