About the Role

FDJ UNITED is seeking a commercially minded Data Analyst to join their Analytics team. The team leverages large volumes of data from various sources to understand customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, and more, driving evidence-based decision-making and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• User data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making, improve customer experience and optimise operational efficiency.
• Liaise with key stake-holders to understand business goals and identify analysis projects to support these goals.
• Communicate findings of analysis throughout the business and recommend the next steps.

Requirements

• Experience of data analysis in a high data volume business.
• A record of turning data insights into actionable solutions.
• Experience of SQL and/or R programming language.
• Able to bring insights to life with effective data visualization and compelling presentation skills.
• Experience of going beyond simply providing data and reporting, working closely with stakeholders, understanding their needs and recommending solutions using your analysis.
