About the Role

The Centre for Information Resilience is building a talent pool for future communications-focused consultancy roles. This position involves coordinating integrated campaigns, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality project delivery in support of human rights investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of integrated communications campaigns.
  • Hold downstream delivery partners and stakeholders accountable for output quality.
  • Act as a bridge between external delivery partners and internal project staff.
  • Manage and adapt communications products including briefing materials, messaging frameworks, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and manage relationships with partners, consultants, and funders.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and partners to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor campaign performance and media coverage to provide strategic analysis.
  • Manage project timelines, workflows, and communications outputs with strict confidentiality.
  • Contribute to project reporting, key performance metrics, and insight briefings for leadership.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in English and Russian (C1 level).
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic communications, public affairs, or international development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
