About the Role
We are seeking a Pedagogical Specialist with a focus on Inclusion and Child Protection, working 25-35 hours per week, to join our team at CeFi – Bildung und Verständigung gGmbH, a growing social enterprise in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support pedagogical professionals in a appreciative, solution-oriented, and peer-to-peer manner.
- Actively contribute to the quality development of our daycare centers by applying in-depth knowledge of inclusion and child protection.
- Bring your ideas, experience, and enthusiasm to shape inclusive, appreciative, and future-oriented early childhood education.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Pedagogy, Childhood Pedagogy, Special Needs Education, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in early childhood education.
- Ideally, experience in specialist advice or supporting pedagogical teams.
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of inclusion and child protection.
- Independent, structured work style with strong communication, moderation, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to equal educational opportunities for all children, regardless of origin or family language.
- Long-term practical experience in the early childhood sector.
- Experience in a leadership role.
