About the Role

Rentokil is seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician for their Croydon branch, covering South West and South East London. This role involves providing a range of hygiene cleaning services, including biohazard cleaning, flood damage cleanup, infection control, and crime scene cleaning. Comprehensive training is provided, and the role offers the opportunity to manage your own schedule and solve customer problems.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across various environments and premises.
Perform biohazard cleaning, flood water damage cleanup, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removals, and trauma and crime scene cleaning.
Conduct technical cleaning, including factory cleans, high-level cleaning, and silo cleaning.
Work reactively in a fast-paced business where work can change weekly.
Participate in an on-call rota (paid at an enhanced rate).
Offer valuable advice to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
Manage your own schedule.
Solve unique customer problems in person.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence held for more than two years.
No more than six penalty points on driving licence.
Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
May be required to pass a DBS check.

Expected OTE: £35,000 and above per annum
