About the Role

Responsibilities
- Performing dental treatments according to the latest scientific standards to improve patient dental health.
- Developing individual treatment plans in close collaboration with the team to create customized solutions for each patient.
- Meticulous, comprehensible documentation.
- Promoting open and understandable communication with patients to ensure their active involvement in their own dental health.
- Participating in regular continuing education and training to continuously expand professional competencies and apply current techniques.
- Contributing to the creation of an empathetic and respectful work environment that promotes the values of honesty, innovation, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Completed dental studies and valid license to practice dentistry in Germany (or license expected for assistant dentists).
- Experience in applying modern, evidence-based treatment methods and interest in continuous further training.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct patient-oriented consultations.
- Teamwork skills, structured work approach, and commitment to an inclusive and open practice atmosphere.
- Willingness to utilize innovative technologies and actively contribute to the further development of our practice.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, fluent English.
