Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.

Requirements

• BCBA certification required for leadership track.
• Must be eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to Sr. BCBA role.
• All other roles are eligible for long-term ownership.

Salary/Compensations

• Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually.
• Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
• Total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.
