About the Role
As a Legal Procurement and Contract Manager in Central Services, you will be responsible for creating and reviewing contracts, primarily IT contracts, considering legal and business requirements. This involves close coordination with the internal legal department, managing contract changes, and addendums. You will prepare and document procurement decisions by creating procurement records and decision proposals. In collaboration with the business departments, you will also monitor service providers' contract fulfillment. You will coordinate, manage, and process tenders and procurement processes, including market research and publication on relevant platforms. You will create tender documents, define eligibility/award criteria, and participate in bidder discussions.
Responsibilities
- Create and review contracts, primarily IT contracts, considering legal and business requirements.

- Conduct market research and publish on relevant platforms.

Requirements
- Completed law studies, at least an LL.B. or First State Examination.
- Ideally, professional experience in public procurement processes and tender procedures.
- Skill in negotiation and a fundamental understanding of IT issues when working with external partners.
- Knowledge of procurement, contract, and IT law, ideally in the statutory health insurance business sector.
- Good communication and cooperation skills.
- Independent, results-oriented work style with good self-organization.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
