About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test to help us take our quality engineering capability to the next level. This role involves building scalable test frameworks, embedding quality into our development lifecycle, and helping engineers create better software, faster, with a focus on automation and AI.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer in Test (SET), SDET, QA Automation Engineer or similar
- Proven programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, PyTest, Jest or Selenium
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to support software development or testing
- A good understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted code generation
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of testing strategies across the software development lifecycle
- Experience mentoring or supporting engineers in quality engineering best practices
- Knowledge of AI-powered testing solutions
- Knowledge of Data and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of Azure, Databricks or cloud-native applications
- Knowledge of Engineering quality metrics and standards
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation frameworks and AI testing techniques
