About the Role
Mistral is expanding its Product Operations function to help the product organization scale. As a Product Operations Manager, you will design processes, tools, and data infrastructure to improve alignment between Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams. You will enable seamless collaboration, accelerate feedback loops, and coordinate launches.
Responsibilities
- Drive data and analytics, ensuring transparent reporting on customer engagements and product usage.
- Manage feedback loops and discovery by building structured processes to collect and analyze product feedback.
- Coordinate launches by orchestrating product releases and enterprise launches.
- Build product rituals, shaping planning, review, and OKR routines.
- Maintain product catalogue and documentation, partnering with technical writers.
- Standardize release cycles by coordinating with Engineering and Science teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product operations, product management, or strategy/operations roles in deep-tech or AI environments.
- Comfortable working with data and analytics to derive actionable insights from usage data and feedback.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator experienced in aligning product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
- Process-oriented mindset with skills in building repeatable workflows and release processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML products, pricing and packaging strategies, or consulting/finance backgrounds is a bonus.
