About the Role
Join a driven and dynamic team of Technology Account Partners as a pivotal member of our EMEA team, helping to drive Technology Account Partner initiatives within the Insurance sector across Europe. You will shape and develop our commercial strategy, work closely with Sales, Alliances, Solution Engineering, Delivery, Marketing and Product teams, and dive deep into customer engagements to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be the go-to specialist for articulating the value of our technology, forging trust through relatable and compelling dialogue, and spearheading the initial connection between customers and Quantexa.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Technology Account Partner Lead to help grow and develop the Technology Account Partner team.
- Act as a key member of the GTM Insurance team, driving customer success, adoption, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of strategic Insurance customers.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, helping customers unlock the full value of their data through Quantexa's Decision Intelligence platform.
- Define the long-term technology strategy and vision for strategic customer accounts, ensuring Quantexa remains aligned to evolving business priorities and delivers measurable business value.
- Advise customers on enterprise architecture, deployment approaches, and technical decision-making, guiding both customer and internal teams towards the right solution.
- Work closely with Product, Delivery, Customer Success, and strategic partners to ensure successful project scoping, alignment to Quantexa Blueprints, and value realisation throughout implementation and beyond.
- Drive operational adoption of the Quantexa platform, ensuring customers maximise business outcomes and realise ongoing value from their investment.
- Own executive relationships and governance, acting as a strategic advisor to senior customer stakeholders.
- Support customer renewals and identify opportunities for growth and expansion across existing accounts.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the Technology Account Partner function by sharing best practice, mentoring colleagues, and helping shape the team's future capability.
Requirements
- Dedicated to understanding customer needs, aligning with both broader business objectives and detailed challenges.
- Communicate confidently with senior-level business and technology stakeholders, helping customers define strategic roadmaps to maximise the value of Quantexa products.
- Understand data or specialise in one of our solution domains within Insurance, including data management, financial crime, fraud detection or customer intelligence.
- Experience in guiding platform implementations, understanding of customer challenges, and credibility backed by proven results.
- Sufficient technical depth to engage credibly with banking CTOs, CDOs, and technical evaluation panels on platform architecture, data integration, entity resolution, and financial crime analytics.
- Familiarity with data analytics, entity resolution, or intelligence-led analytics platforms, Quantexa-specific experience advantageous but not required.
- Understanding of cloud and on-premise deployment models relevant to tier-1 banking security and data residency requirements.
- Significant experience building and nurturing executive-level relationships.
- Customers see you as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, confident in your commitment to their success.
- Analytical mindset, able to evaluate challenges from multiple perspectives.
- Collaborative, experienced in consulting roles, and skilled at working with both internal teams and customers to deliver value.
- Experience working across functions to drive collaboration and best practices, and able to provide clear, actionable customer feedback to internal teams.
- Team player internally across Quantexa and externally with customers, knowing that our collective success depends on strong collaboration.
- Significant experience in a Customer Success role or a similar consulting services position.
- Skills in enterprise software/services sales and implementation/delivery.
- Demonstrated, credible product, technology, or industry expertise within your assigned industry segment (ideally in either the banking or federal government sector).
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level.
- The ability to travel as needed.
- Willingness and ability to obtain government clearances and checks if required to support certain clients.
