About the Role
An established and highly respected commercial HVAC Service provider is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning & Ventilation Engineer to join its growing team covering London and the Home Counties. Responsibilities
- Attend a variety of commercial sites carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
- Conduct reactive maintenance and breakdown response.
- Perform fault finding and diagnostics.
- Service air conditioning units.
- Maintain ventilation systems.
- Service Air Handling Units (AHUs), including filter and belt replacement.
- Perform refrigerant leak detection, pressure testing, repair and recharge.
- Conduct system performance checks and control adjustments.
- Complete job reports using a mobile field management system.
- Provide professional customer updates on site.
- Participate in a shared out-of-hours call rota.
Requirements
- Experience maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience working with commercial air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
- A basic understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Good IT skills for completing digital job reports.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, positive attitude.
- A full UK driving licence.
