About the Role
As a Mail & Office Support Operator in Digital & Workplace Solutions, you provide high-quality mail, scanning, and office support services to ensure the Berlin office operates efficiently. You will work within a small on-site team, utilizing digital tools and tracking systems to meet service standards while adhering to global control procedures.
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, distribute, and ship incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Operate package locker, scanning, and tracking solutions.
- Scan, index, and route documents using established management practices.
- Monitor service deadlines and daily volumes to meet productivity goals.
- Support clients with office solutions and stationery distribution.
- Assist with minor print device issues and coordinate technical support.
- Maintain accurate logs and records for all mail and scanning activities.
- Manage meeting facility support tasks to ensure a professional client experience.
- Follow global control procedures to ensure process compliance.
- Communicate service status and issues to on-site stakeholders and management.
Requirements
