About the Role
The Marketing Officer plays a vital supporting role in helping connect members and customers with ETF’s purpose, aiming to grow reach, engagement, and impact. Working closely with Marketing Leads, this role assists in delivering D2C and B2B marketing plans and campaigns to attract, nurture, convert, and retain key audience groups across ETF’s product portfolio. All marketing activity is driven by audience insight and delivered across digital and offline channels, with the officer coordinating and implementing campaigns, monitoring performance, and contributing to continuous improvement to meet lead generation and engagement objectives. This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on marketing experience within a mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
- Support acquisition, retention, and engagement targets through the execution of audience-led marketing activities across multiple channels, markets, and audience groups.
- Assist Marketing Leads in developing high-quality and innovative marketing plans, including ‘always on’ activities to support annual targets.
- Schedule, coordinate, and deliver audience-led marketing activities aimed at generating marketing-qualified leads for ETF products and services.
- Deliver email marketing campaigns using ETF’s email platform, including data selection, email building and sending, automation setup, and performance optimization.
- Build, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, organic social media, and website content, supporting testing, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to map and improve customer journeys that support conversion, engagement, retention, and cross-marketing.
- Support the development of marketing materials, multimedia assets, web content, presentations, and events collateral.
- Support the planning and delivery of ETF’s presence at events, coordinating logistics, ensuring brand consistency, and tracking performance.
- Track and report on campaign performance and budget, compiling key insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support the development of marketing materials and content.
- Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused culture by working flexibly and being open to learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize generative AI in carrying out responsibilities.
