About the Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational tasks within an established system, including tracking timings, managing task lists, preparing meetings, and documenting decisions.
• Own small to mid-sized projects end-to-end, managing timings, resourcing, briefings, and budgets with light oversight.
• Manage client expectations and identify scope, priority, or decision-making gaps.
• Lead complex projects across multiple workstreams and disciplines from brief to outcome.
• Own the client relationship as the primary contact at the project level.
• Manage the commercial health of the project.
• Develop the skills of junior Project Controllers and Managers.
• Negotiate priorities and budgets with confidence.
• Actively surface trade-offs and product implications.
• Determine when stronger product leadership is required.

Requirements

• Experience in a project management, client services, or delivery role at an agency, consultancy, or in-house team.
• A genuine interest in how AI is changing project delivery, client management, and commercial steering.
• The ability to take complex, ambiguous information and synthesize it into clear priorities, timings, and recommendations.
• Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and commercial steering (Level-dependent).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Openness to collaborating with cross-functional teams and directly with clients.
• Fluent German (B2+) and English, written and verbal.

Skills

• AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for drafting status updates, summarizing notes, and preparing briefings.
• AI for first-draft briefs, status reports, capacity planning, and synthesizing client feedback.
• AI for planning and orchestration, including scenario modeling, automated reporting, and synthesis across workstreams.
