About the Role
Responsible for the German residential energy storage market, establishing and managing an efficient distribution network. Possess competitor analysis and cross-disciplinary learning capabilities to bring innovative perspectives to channel strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors’ channel models, operational strategies, rebate policies, pricing systems in Germany; deliver regular analysis reports.
- Research channel models in related industries (PV, heat pumps, smart home) within Germany; extract best practices for adaptation.
- Visit distributors regularly to understand their operations and sales models; assist in solving business issues and driving performance.
- Conduct weekly/monthly site visits to refine installer profiles and build a knowledge base; promote installer cooperation and training.
Requirements
- 3+ years of overseas channel management experience in energy storage, PV, or related fields.
- German market experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently (within Germany and neighboring European countries).
