About the Role

Join the Creative Studio at Doctolib as a visual asset designer, responsible for creating high-impact visual assets from concept to final delivery. You will contribute to brand awareness and credibility for Doctolib's B2B and B2C audiences globally.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage high-impact brand assets from end-to-end, producing online and offline deliverables across all touchpoints.
• Conduct brand reviews, build training resources, and continuously improve production workflows, integrating AI tools for quality control.
• Design visuals to showcase Doctolib's product and experience without necessarily using actual screen captures.
• Integrate AI as a creative production lever, using generative AI tools daily for concept exploration and increased output.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience as a 360° brand designer (digital + print) in a high-growth SaaS/Tech environment with B2B and/or B2C experience.
• Portfolio showcasing creativity and ability to industrialize designs, including systems, templates, and large-scale productions.
• Meticulous and responsive, delivering technically flawless productions on time.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Comfortable with generative AI tools for creation and iteration at scale.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Italian and/or German language skills are a plus.
• Strong benchmark culture, identifying and leveraging inspiring industry trends.
• Enthusiasm for AI advancements in design and willingness to test new tools.
