About the Role

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency to begin a career as a Domestic Energy Assessor. This role provides clear progression, ongoing professional development, and growth opportunities within a forward-thinking sector.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out Domestic Energy Performance Certificates in line with current legislation, accreditation body requirements, and industry standards.
  • Produce RICS compliant floor plans and accurate EPCs within set turnaround times.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EPC legislation, building regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
  • Liaise with Bookings Administrators, Sales and Lettings offices, and external clients.
  • Return completed work to offices within required deadlines.

Requirements

  • DipDEA qualified and accredited.
  • Full UK driving licence and car required.
  • Smart and well-presented.
  • Punctual and highly organized.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good general knowledge of the London Area.
  • Confident with excellent communication skills.

  • £27,000 basic with additional uncapped commission structure - £35,000 OTE
