About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Product Manager – Renewable Energy Systems (RES) to own product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for RES products, working closely with engineering, sales, operations and aftersales to deliver market-leading, zero-emission solutions. This role requires strong product management experience in energy, battery storage, charging infrastructure or related clean-technology sectors, and the ability to operate across commercial and technical domains.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for RES products aligned with company goals and market requirements.
Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements through market research, customer engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
Lead cross-functional product development activities with engineering, manufacturing, procurement and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate with Sales and Business Development to support tender responses, commercial proposals and customer presentations for utility, commercial and public-sector projects.
Develop business cases, pricing models and total-cost-of-ownership analyses to support product launches and commercial decisions.
Define product specifications, acceptance criteria and release documentation; support testing and commissioning activities as required.
Work with Aftersales and Warranty teams to establish service offerings, spare-parts strategies and warranty policies for RES products.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback and market trends; drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
Maintain product documentation and a centralised library of technical and commercial materials for internal use and audits.
Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings and technical workshops; build strong relationships with key partners and suppliers.
Undertake other tasks as requested by the Head of Product or regional management.

Requirements

Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and work with technical and commercial stakeholders.
Experience preparing tender submissions, commercial proposals and technical specifications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills highly desirable.
Proficient in MS Office and common product management tools; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proactive, collaborative and customer-focused with the ability to work independently.
Right to work in Germany.
