About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant in Sokyo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is memorable. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our guests by providing a worldclass experience to our local, interstate and international guests.

Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions including ingredients and preparation methods
• Anticipate guests needs to understand their preferences to provide personalised service and recommendations
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
• Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down of the dining area

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast paced restaurant with sound knowledge around food and beverage
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experience
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
• Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
