About the Role

As a UO Department Manager, you will be a daily role model for your team and customers. You will foster and challenge your team, identify training needs, and achieve optimal store results together with your management team. You will quickly grasp complex contexts and find individual solutions. You will create positive customer interactions daily, and first-class customer service will be a matter of course for you and your team.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the economic success of one of our sales departments (DOB, HAKA) for our location.
Through your active participation, you will support the management team in all day-to-day tasks, e.g., presentation of the menswear department, merchandise setup, training and development of your team, customer service, and merchandise processing.
You work independently and goal-oriented, always focused on the best possible results.
You support your instore VM team with merchandise setup and presentation, thereby creating an authentic brand experience.
By creating positive customer interactions with the latest technology, you will continuously expand our customer base.
