Our branch with an attached consulting center covers a large part of northern Berlin. Asset management is our focus, and with distinct expertise and passion in all product solutions and services in Wealth Management, we advise our affluent clientele. Responsibilities

You manage your own existing customer portfolio in the Wealth Management segment.
Excellent relationship management is your top priority.
You optimize customer satisfaction with the goal of long-term customer loyalty.
You advise your clients confidently and competently, creating a friendly atmosphere.
Your focus is on asset management consulting using digital communication channels, always in line with a holistic approach.
This includes introducing your clients to the entire product and service range in Wealth Management.
You successfully leverage existing customer relationships for referrals and to acquire new customers.
You network further.
If necessary, you involve specialists situationally to comprehensively meet the further complex needs of your clients.
You meet the requirements in the securities business with a high standard of quality and pay attention to the associated and necessary regulatory requirements and approvals.

Requirements

Completed training as a bank clerk, further training and/or studies, e.g., Bankakademie are desirable but not a must.
You have pronounced sales skills and a high customer orientation.
You are experienced in handling sensitive data and proceed with the necessary discretion and tact, without forgetting regulatory requirements.
You communicate at a high level and have a reliable, solution-oriented demeanor.
You are proficient in using standard IT applications and digital communication channels.
You have a high enthusiasm for learning new technologies and topics.
