About the Role
The Ass. Purchasing Manager ensures that the various departments have everything they need for business operations and, together with the F&B Operations Manager, takes care of admin procedures. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our hotel as Assistant Purchasing Manager (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Ensure inventories are optimally managed, and that the storeroom’s never in chaos
- Help to draw up budgets, and keep a business-like eye on orders
- Support various F & B projects, and pitch in when one of your colleagues from F & B or the stores is on leave
- Maintain an overview of the big picture, even when one project follows on the heels of another
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Skilled in administrative tasks
- Enjoys trying new things and taking unconventional approaches
- Excellent organizational skills
