About the Role
Les Petites Etoiles - Bilingual Montessori is seeking a Qualified Practitioner to serve as a Key Person. This role involves being responsible for a group of key children, ensuring their participation in activities and monitoring their developmental progress. The Key Person will develop a deep understanding of each child's individual needs and serve as their primary point of contact within the nursery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure key children can participate in planned activities.
- Monitor the developmental progress of key children.
- Develop a deep understanding of each key child individually.
- Respond to and plan for each child's needs throughout the week.
- Serve as the primary relationship for key children within the nursery.
Requirements
- Must be a Qualified Practitioner.
- All references will be thoroughly checked.
- Must apply for a DBS update service.
- Must apply for a DBS equivalent from any country the applicant was in prior to the UK and within the last 5 years.
